Conference Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be processed for cancellations received by CBN by May 10, 2024, 14 business days before the event start date, subject to a cancellation fee of $50 + tax. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 business days of the event start. If an individual registers without paying and does not attend the event, the registration will be considered firm if they have not notified CBN of their cancellation per the refund policy stated above and will be charged for the full registration cost.
